My mission is to meet women exactly where they are and show them that fitness can fit into their real, busy lives. Through supportive programs and personalized guidance, I help women build confidence in their bodies and discover that taking care of themselves isn't selfish - it's necessary.

Meet Kayla
Hi! I'm Kayla, a NASM certified personal trainer and former college soccer player who's just trying to find her passion in this moment.
I became a trainer to help other women have confidence surrounding fitness. I found after college working out became an overwhelming space rather than an outlet to relax from the day. I'm constantly learning how to balance it all, and I want to support others who are figuring it out too, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
